By purchasing from us, you agree to all terms, conditions, & policies set forth by Original Cin's L.L.C. and VerticalRides.com We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any point in time. VerticalRides.com and/or Original Cin's L.L.C. do not take any responsibility for damage or mishap that may occur during installation of any product sold on our site. Products may and will require vehicle modification in order to work properly. We do not guarantee items to work or fit on vehicle without proper necessary modifications, even if product is specifically designed for vehicle purchased for. Typical installations, for both "universal" and "bolt on" style products, may/will require cutting, welding, and/or vehicle painting. Additional installation procedures or modifications may be required for desired results. We recommend taking your vehicle to a professional installer for all items or products requiring installation.

Also, by purchasing from Original Cin's L.L.C., you agree to pay for items purchased via selected payment method at time of order. If successful billing of item does not take place, product will not be shipped. If item is shipped, prior to payment being received in full, you agree to pay off item in its entirety. If full payment is not received in acceptable, agreed upon time frame, legal action may follow.

Definitions:

"Universal" is a term used to describe an individual product that is generic by design and generally works with most vehicles. In order to work, "universal' products will typically require welding to secure product to the vehicle. "Universal" products found on our site are not designed to fit any one specific vehicle, but many different makes and models of vehicle using the same individual product. "Universal" products will typically work on most all vehicle applications provided that proper vehicle modification has occurred to allow product to work in manner intended to. Typical work involved in a "universal install" may include, but is not limited to: welding, cutting, painting, drilling, and/or wire extending and rerouting. Additional vehicle modification may be required for proper install. "Universal" products may not work on all vehicles.

"Bolt On", or "Direct Bolt On", is a term used to describe an individual product that is designed to fit one specific vehicle that the specific bolt on product is intended to fit. The "bolt on" term describes the way in which it mounts to the vehicle. Typical "bolt on" products have pre-drilled holes that match the mounting holes currently drilled in specific vehicle. These products bolt on using these holes. "Bolt on" products still require vehicle modification in order to work properly. Typical installations will require cutting, drilling, painting, and additional wiring. Additional vehicle modifications not mentioned here may still be required, even with a "direct bolt on" product designed to work on specific vehicle.

Shipping:

"Universal" products that are in stock typically will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time order has been placed. "Direct Bolt On" products are manufactured for specific vehicle at time the product is ordered. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and manufacture "bolt on" orders before actual shipping of finished product. Shipping on all items will be via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS ground services. Overnight and expedited services are may be available on some products for additional fees. Please contact us for availability of expedited shipping services prior to order.

International Shipping:
We will ship overseas, but only under certain conditions. If you do not live in the U.S. and want to purchase from us, please send us an email. We will send you the special details on our international shipping policy for your location. Do to legal restrictions, some items may not be able to be shipped to all countries. If an international order is placed on our site, the system will accept the order and estimate international shipping charges. If this figure is not accurate, we reserve the right to bill for actual shipping costs including any other additional handling cost that may occur on international shipments. In the case that the amount charged for shipping was incorrect, we will contact you before billing your account and additional sums. The following items apply to all international orders:

All orders must be paid with U.S. Dollars.
All payments will be made in full in advance.
We must be able to verify the shipping address.
Product will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for payment.
We will NOT accept returns on overseas orders as return shipping costs are too expensive.
All sales are final.

Returns/Exchanges:

"Universal" products shipped to the U.S. carry a 15 day return policy for valid returning reasons. In order for return to be accepted on a "universal style" product, the following must be met:

Requests for return must be made within 15 days of receipt of item to original purchaser.
Item must be in "brand new" condition.

Any used product will not be returned. Products that have been damaged will not be returned. If request for return comes after the acceptable 15 day return period, return will not be accepted.

"Bolt on" products are manufactured for the specific vehicle that product is purchased for. For this reason, our standard return policy does not apply. Returns will not be accepted for "bolt on" or "direct bolt on" products. In case of manufacturer's error, where product received is not for specific vehicle purchased for, the product can be exchanged for a valid fitting product. Please request this exchange within 7 days of receipt of item.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any return requests. We will not honor return requests for non valid return reasons, or for requests that come after acceptable time frame. Please verify order when purchasing to confirm purchase of the correct product.

In case of return please fill out the appropriate RMA form. If return is is accepted, we will return the full purchase price of the product (minus shipping costs) as soon as product has been received. If product is damaged, additional fees may apply. Billing:

Orders placed to Original Cin's L.L.C. will be billed at time of order. Billing statement may/will show as Original Cin's L.L.C. and not from VerticalRides.com, or the actual site item is purchased from. If billing does not occur at actual time of order, we reserve the right to bill for actual costs at any time after order, until account balance as been settled and paid in full.

Payment:

We accept payment for all phone and online orders via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card over a SSL secure network. Payment can be made via Personal Check via postal service. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted in person at local events at which we are present. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Please allow 7 business days for personal check orders to clear before purchase is processed and shipped.

Prices:

All prices are subject to change at any time. Prices shown may not represent actual selling price. Both selling price and shipping price may be adjusted at time of order to reflect actual costs after receiving permission from customer to do so.

Taxes:

If you purchase from Original Cin's L.L.C. and live in the state of Ohio, you will be charged sales tax of 7.75%. This is the current sales tax rate in the county of Cuyahoga in the state of Ohio.

Image Policy:

Original Cin's L.L.C. reserves the right to use any photograph, testimonial, or video sent to us by our customers in any marketing material including site images, banner ads, article postings, email or newsprint. Images or videos taken at events by Original Cin's L.L.C. may be used on our site for informational or promotional purposes.

Terms of User Statement:

You understand and agree that Original Cin's L.L.C., the owners of this site, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
