When measuring, be sure to measure the shocks as if they were compressed. Measurement should be just of the black outer casing. This is how to determine if it is a 5" or an 8" strut. If you are measuring while the strut is fully expanded, the 5" will total 8" in length with the silver part. The 8" inch will total 12" when fully expanded.
Both Sizes are the M12-1.75 pattern and do not have the hole for a cotter pin. If your shocks mount with a cotter pin, these are not the correct ones. Items in stock. If you have questions, contact us.
In case of a return, please fill out an RMA form for the item purchased. The RMA can be found by logging into your account and locating your order on the account dashboard page. Once order has been located, please click on the "Request Return" tab located next to the order. Some products carry different return policies depending on the specific type of product order. In all cases, we will not refund shipping cost of the item to the customer or the return shipping cost. Customer must pay return shipping. Please verify that the item you are purchasing is the correct item before purchase. Any item that has been installed, or attempted to be installed will not be returned.
Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where VerticalRides is providing shipment) may be returned to VerticalRides.com for full credit, but only upon verification by VerticalRides.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by VerticalRides.com. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
Returns or Exchanges
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by VerticalRides.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from VerticalRides.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your VerticalRides.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that VerticalRides.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Merchandise classified by VerticalRides.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by VerticalRides.com , for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
All request for returns must have RMA form completed within 15 days of item delivery. Once request has been received by Vertical Rides, we will then email you with further instructions as to where to return the item to. Item must then be received by Vertical Rides within 15 days of RMA Approval.
Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
Returns are not accepted on international orders. All sales are final on any product shipped overseas.
