Shipping:
All universal products that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time order has been placed. Direct Bolt On Kits are manufactured when the order has been placed for the item. Please allow 5 business days to process bolt on orders. Shipping on all items is sent via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS ground services. Overnight and expedited services are not available.
International Shipping: We will ship overseas, but only under certain conditions. If you do not live in the U.S. and want to purchase from us, please send us an email. We will send you the special details on our international shipping policy. If an international order is placed on our site, the system will accept the order with billing for shipping. However, if this figure is not accurate, we will either bill you for the amount under charged, or refund the addition amount if you were billed in excess of the actual cost. In the case that the amount charged for shipping was incorrect, we will contact you before billing your account and additional sums. The following items apply to international orders:
- · All orders must be paid with U.S. Dollars.
- · All Payments will be made in full in advance.
- · We must be able to verify the shipping address.
- · Product will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for payment
- · We will NOT accept returns on overseas orders as return shipping cost is too expensive.
- · Sales are final.

Payment:
We accept payment for all orders via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal over a SSL secure checkout page. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Some items do require special payment options and guidelines. Any order over $4,800.00 requires an email to be sent to us prior to purchase. No Exceptions.
Taxes:
If you purchase from VerticalRides.com and live in the state of Ohio, you will be charged sales tax of 7.75%. This is the current sales tax rate in the county of Cuyahoga in the state of Ohio.
Price Match:
VerticalRides.com offers a price match guarantee on all items before time of purchase. If you find the exact product (not a competitor's version) that we sell on our site at a lower price from another site, please send us an email and we will see if we can match the price of the item being sold. We will NOT offer this price match on any item being sold on ebay.com or similar auction sites. We reserve the right to decline any price match offer at anytime.

All issues brought against our company must be brought within the jurisdiction of the Parma Ohio court system in Cuyahoga County.

All items on this site are intended for use by those 13 years of age or older. We can not be responsible for use of this site by anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 16, please obtain you parents' or legal guardians' consent before making a purchase from this site. We assume that all orders placed on this site are by those aged 16 years or older.
